Any downside to buying passes through AAA ?
Just bought two three-day passes from the AAA website for Universal Orlando at the end of the month. Part of the offer was that the price included one $20 'dining dollars' credit for each person.
I got the email from AAA with PDFs of the tickets and a pdf for the 'Dining Dollars', but no redemption code.
I phoned AAA ticket line and the person I spoke with said that I had to download the dining dollars app and then put in my aaa order number.
I searched the iOS App Store - there is no 'dining dollars' app, or anything close.
I'll call them back, but thought I would check here to see if anyone had any experience / ideas.
Thanks
Just as the title says.
And if you get a flat tire on the way there... Guess what? That membership comin in hot again for you back to back.
I love you AAA.
Edit:
Did the math, saved $250. This is a standard link, not a referral link, you can go to AAA's website direct also

Going at the end of June - will be our first time in Orlando. Gonna buy three-day passes that cover all four parks. Looks like I can save about $120 bucks per person through the AAA site as a compared to the official universal site, and get a $20 food voucher I believe.
Is there any downside to purchasing through AAA instead of universal direct? I think universal does have a seven day price guarantee, but I feel pretty confident that the price is not gonna go down in the next seven days for my travel dates.
I did search this sub for ‘AAA’. Got some results, but nothing that seemed to address this question specifically.
Thanks.
