I bought a winter coat online but unbeknownst to me their coats are huge, so I need to downsize. I know their distribution and return centre is in the US. Does anyone know if I have to pay extra for shipping or what carrier they use, their website is slightly vague.

I did it once. Just use the mailing label and mail it at the post office. I got my refund after 2 weeks.
I did have to pay for the return shipping though.

You ship it to their location in Ontario, after which they ship it back to their centre. It takes a while to process/travel but I always get my refund.

I looked it up on a scam website and it says it’s “suspicious” (46/100 trust score), meaning use with caution/there isn’t enough reported info to know if it is a scam. That being said, I cannot access this website cuz I am in US, but the US version that I can access ships out of China, which immediately is a red flag. I would cancel the order if you are able to.

Usually my stuff gets here in under 5 days but this time it’s been 7 days and it hasn’t even shipped. Is this normal? I ordered the same exact one in a smaller size a day after this one was placed and I’ve already received that one.

My order is taking forever too. In the past, I’ve gotten orders super quick. This order was split and I received one package last Thursday (ordered on 1/10) and I still don’t have my 2nd package. I contacted AF and they said I’d get it today (tracking wasn’t working). Now it says Saturday 😡

I contacted customer service about a similar issue and they said something was happening in the distribution center and reshipped my items with expedited shipping. I’d suggest reaching out. They can do this once the expected delivery date has passed.
