2 weeks ago - I receive emails at least once a month about orders I returned last August from Abercrombie. I don’t know how their returns system works, but I would not recommend doing mail returns if you live in Canada! Both times I waited a month and had to specifically chat with cuatomer service to get my money back. Once they tried to give me a gift card even though I had shipped the items back within 2 days of receiving them, and every single time I need to follow up 3+ times to get anythinng accomplished.
