Anyone have experience with regular length Abercrombie jeans? I am 5’2 and usually buy them in short but I’m looking for jeans I can wear with platform shoes/heels that won’t hover at my ankles but instead look lifted and elongated . The short inseam is 28.5 inches. I fit 30 inch inseam in Levi’s so I’m wondering how Abercrombie compares

This is a follow-up to my earlier posts (Part 1 and Part 2). Based on your feedback, the Abercrombie 90s Relaxed Jean and 90s Straight Jean were the most recommended. However, several people suggested I try the short length instead of the extra short, so I’ve tried both for comparison.
I'm a bit confused about the ideal length. When I see people out in my city, I notice jeans either cover the top of sneakers or are cropped enough to show a bit of sock—there doesn’t seem to be an in-between. I’m unsure which length is best for different settings like the office vs. a night out.
A few questions:
Short or extra short on the 2 styles? Are there specific situations where one is better than the other?
Some people mentioned that the knees don’t fit me well. Is this a dealbreaker, or should I compromise since the rest fits well?
Is the 90s straight jean too close to a skinny jean? Does it look outdated or frumpy?
For reference:
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 133 lbs
Waist: ~27 in
Hips: ~38.5 in
I generally fit size 26 or 27.
Hi everyone! I'm unsure if this question has been posted before, but does anyone have any insight on what length I should order abercrombie jeans in? I'm 5'2 (and between 130-135 lbs) and am unsure if I should order short or extra short (because I know abercrombie jeans can run long). I'm looking for the jeans to hit right around my ankle, so not too long but also not to high up. Thanks! For more context, I'm looking at the curve love ultra high raise straight jeans.
