I've searched and searched and cannot seem to find a clear answer on this, and Adidas has no way to be messaged via Facebook to ask the question. Call time waits are ridiculous.
I purchased a pair of ultraboosts from their ebay store and I'm wondering - in case they don't fit - whether they qualify for in store returns? Thought people here might know since searching "eBay Adidas store return policy" on Google brought up other topics about their store on here (unfortunately, none of which answered this question haha).

I bought a pair of shoes online on Adidas. I thought i would break them in, so i removed the label, but my feet are still in too much pain and I'm approaching my return window. I don't think they'll ever feel comfortable.
I couldn't find these details online about the state they need to be returned in.
Generally they are in new condition other than the removed labels.

Just contact customer service for your region and talk to them. With an online purchase, you’ll have easy proof. And they can work with you.

They have to be unused + labels. I wouldn't try to send them back. Even if they still look new, they can see if someone used them shortly, then no refund and probably won't send them back again for free. If the shoes length is your size they can still be comfortable after a while

No idea what's going on, but if you go to their store page it says "Thank you for your patience. The adidas_official store will return in 2019." and they have a ton of recent negative feedback for items not received.

Well at least its not me. I've ordered a number of shoes from them in the past 1-2 years and all have been authentic and shipped quickly. Bought some shoes for a xmas gift and here we are.....no shipping and no response. I sent a message yesterday asking for a cancellation but I guess the "away" message is true. Once the 21st comes around i'll get ebay or paypal to step in.

I just recently bought the adidas tiro 23 jacket but it came to big, so I think requested an exchange for a smaller size. I’ve read through the Reddit a bit and “found out” that the exchange is hell. How long does it usually take for them to process the exchange and ship out a smaller size. Also if it’s take extremely long how would I go about canceling the exchange and just getting a refund and ordering it again in a smaller size?

I am living the most ridiculous nightmare return process of my life. Fed Ex lost my return, they are giving Fed Ex weeks to find it, before they process the return. I will never in my life order form this website again.

Bruh I buy constantly on Adidas.com and can tell you what and what not to do. Im Making a post cause I just bought a new pair of Sambas that dropped at midnight along some other shoes and they are dope AF. Check it out if you haven't already. Your situation: It's fukn Hell. Almost cause the time it takes to get to you, then you find out it doesn't match what you thought, the sizing issue etc. RETURN THEM IMMEDIATELY. I've heard stories of people waiting till the 3rd week and returning them cause adidas gets it within the 30 days so no biggie. (Now it's 60 days cause the holidays) that's just more time your gonna get anxious and want to wear them out or wash it and see if it shrinks. Don't! RETURN as soon as you open the fukn box and tryit on, go get the fed up I mean FedEx dude before he leaves even( which I've done and they will send it back to shipper!) So you don't waste time and your refund. So the package after 3 weeks gets there, now they have up to 2 weeks to see if it's in good condition enough for exchange or refund. Fuck all that! Go to your nearest Adidas Outlet or adidas store and return it there! That's what I do. I go, show them the online receipt, the AD number(order number) they briefly I mean barely care to look and you now got your refund. Easy. Your risking sending it back in good condition and who knows what the fuck happens after all those hands have touched them, and if they come to them fucked off, no refund and NO EXCHANGE! People have sent back their shoes in good condition, never got them sent backeven AFTER they still paid 100$ for them. Adidas just kept them and didn't refund or credit. Watch out, I never send it back to them. I know they don't like that but at least when ibgo to my outlet store, once they print that refund, 2 days later that money's in my account. I can't wait 3 weeks for 381$ worth of gear fukn "Pending" on my account. Also, watch out for this one Let's say you see a tracksuit top and pants on sail together for 100$ you buy it. It's too big . But it's so popular how you gonna exchange for a diff size?? They don't have it! So they tell you, just buy it again when you do see it, I'll notate it that you'll be buying it again and honor the price you originally bout it at, (100) but now it's selling for 160$. You buy it cause it's your size finally! You call them back and say look at my notations, I bought this suit cause it's my size, can you plz dona price adjustment for the original price I bought it for cause it's cheaper than what I just bought it for, it's in my notions. They say no. No because the time it took for you to buy it, try it on , like it and for you to send it back then call and tell them about the price adjustment, is over 30 days. Assed out! You just now bought that track suit for 160$! That's what happened to me. Guess what. I raised hell. I told my back fuck that I'll sign an affidavit with my bank for fraud. I told them don't ship that shit to me im not buying it for 160! Long story short, they are STILL sending it to me, sending it right fukn back. If they refund mei give two shits still sending it back. Basically you gotta watch it with SOME of the workers at the call center. Some are chill and will hook you up others are assholes and will hang up, put you on hold forever looking for management or have no sympathy for the customer. Adidas is a great company, by far my favorite. Im an Adiholic. But them now raising prices like WTF? Just a couple years ago I bout Sambas for 49.99 at Finish line or some shit and now they are 100$! Never I thought I'd see them so expensive. Wait, isn't their shit recycled now? Soooo they are making them cheaper (also Vegan) FML, AND SELLING THEM FOR MORE? Shouldn't it be cheaper? Imagine RUN DMC and people break dancing in vegan Sambas or Gazelles? Fuck no.
