Adjusting fan speed help / New build
It's not the problem of controlling the fans. The problem is most likely coming from the AIO's fans. Corsair's AIO fans before the most recent Pro series are pretty terrible and can get loud even at 50%. Try replacing those fans with something like either Corsair's ML series fans or something similar/better. I personally use Noctua NF-F12s with my builds and they're a lot more quiet than the stock AIO fans.
