So I have a Sleep Science Q-Series Adjustable Base with a Purple mattress (It's a hand-me-down so I don't really know what model/type it is) with a foam topper, but the adjustable base is the real issue here. Last night the remote stopped working. We have changed the batteries, we have unplugged the base for 5 minutes, we have tried all sorts of combos on the buttons. Any button you press the backlighting flashes 3 times and then stops. It's an RF remote (not infrared or Bluetooth) there is no box/button for pairing. We haven't found any manual for the remote we have online. The connections and pathways under the bed are unblocked and should be working. The issue seems to be 100% with the remote. The company does have customer service, but not until Monday. I had the bed upright so we're basically only capable of relaxing on the bed. sleeping is uncomfortable.

This Reddit helped me a lot with my research before purchasing as well as figuring out some things that the manual missed so I wanted to share my experience with the remote of the MF 300 adjustable base I purchased a week ago. In the span of a week, the remote has stopped working twice. The buttons light up when pressed, but the bed is unresponsive.
Find the plug to your base. There should be a box attached to it with a green light. A bit further down the cord is a button that says PAIR/FLAT. If your base is in an upright position, use the FLAT to lower it.
Unplug the base from the outlet. Give it a few Mississippis before plugging it back in.
Hold down the PAIR button by the plug, cross your fingers and toes. Test the remote.
Am a bit perplexed why the remote is so easily unpaired, but this has worked for me thus far. I did get a 3 yr warranty with it in case as well.

I have already unplugged it, replaced remote’s batteries, and checked the child lock on the remote. Their is a light at the box on the bottom and this base also has a USB port imbedded into it that also works (so I don’t think it’s an electrical issue).
Whenever I press the button on the remote the buttons light up (the remote responds) but the bed does nothing.
I’m not sure what the brand is but both the feet and head rise/lower, it has a 0 gravity function, and a massage function.
I have no warranty.
ANY TIPS ARE APPRECIATED
I don't know the specific name of my bed, but I use a rize remote to move my bed's head and foot up and down. But for the past week, I haven't been able to do anything at all with it. I did what I mentioned in the title.
Also, probably off topic, but I contacted the matress company I bought this from and it turns out I am not covered whatsoever under any kind of warranty.
After misplacing my remote, decided to buy a new one and just couldn't get it to pair with the control box. I've followed all the instructions I can find through Youtube and manual, yet, both the remote and control box just won't pair up. No beeps from the control box when I press the reset button on the side and also have been holding down the Head Down and Feet Up buttons, vice versa. Been at it for 4 days now. Any suggestions?
I’ve tried to resync but the remote just keeps flashing. Anyone else have this problem? The remote is made by resident.
I'm posting this because I'm not sure who might need this, but I have a Giantex R4U adjustable bed, referred to by Amazon as Giantex Adjustable Massage Bed Base, the parts are made by a company called RichMat... all that to say I googled all of these things and couldn't find anything like a manual for it online. So I was like, now that I've found the solution (ironically in the manual for another brand's adjustable bed!) I should put it online somewhere where it's likely to be seen!
So if you have one of these beds and your remote stops working, try pressing and holding Foot Up and Head Up at the same time while pressing the blue button on the cord from the power supply (which could be zip tied to the bottom of your bed) after a second or so it should beep (I had no idea my bed could beep!) and then TA DA! Your bed might work again!
Also if I ever buy another adjustable bed in the future... I'm totally getting one with a wired remote.
I purchased this Classic Brands Adjustable Bed Frame but unfortunately broke the original remote it came with (which looks like this). Naturally this happened with the legs inclined so I'm now sleeping with my legs up. I found and purchased this remote from eBay due to the listing description and similarity to my original remote but the remote does not pair (instructions I followed).
The wireless control box that pairs with the remote is model KDDY109A-001 from Kaidi Electrical Inc. I reached out to Kaidi's customer service but haven't received a response. I found this Amazon listing for a remote that says it's compatible with control box KDDY109 but I'm not clear if that also means KDDY109A-001.
I'm desperate to find a replacement remote ASAP. Anyone know how I can track one down and confirm compatibility prior to purchase?
We accidentally unpaired our bedframe to our remote and cannot find anywhere on the internet or with mattress firm how to repair it. There is no learn button in the battery bank and it is a glass top you cannot press more than one button at a time on the remote.

Any help is appreciated!
Hello,
I have a Leggett & Platt Sleep 6000 adjustable bed and the remote stopped working after a drop to the floor.
I am temporarily using an L&P mobile app that lets me control the bed via bluetooth, but it is unreliable so it would be most helpful to have a physical remote.
The remote specs are
Richmat Model: HJH173 Ble
PN: 190-0055
SN: 2021031300393
SW PIN: A.12TTH173A002 (v1.0)
Looking online I was only able to find HJH173 models with the PN ending in -0053 and -0054, but not 0055.
My first question is: Would a HJH173 model with the PN ending in 0053 or 0054 also control my 0055 bed?
Even before the remote broke, it was not ideal due to the smooth over-sensitive flat buttons making it nearly impossible to pick up without one of the buttons responding. It was so sensitive that if you simply bumped the remote it would activate one of the features. And some of the features of the bed, like the massages, are noisy and have no therapeutic effect, and we never use them.
So my second question is: Are there any other remotes, perhaps a universal remote, with physical buttons instead of flat buttons, that could control my bed? Perhaps omitting the massage features will make it easier to match up an alternative remote.
I sent these questions to info @ richmat. com on 8.17 and 8.27 but have received no reply.
Thank you for your patience, that was a lot to read and process.

The remote control for my adjustable bed has been wonky for several years. It started acting up less than a year after purchase. It's a basic, cheap remote probably made in the PRC Soochow Remote Factory #7. I looked up replacements and found them listed on eBay for between $350 - 400! They're also listed on furniture-focused website for similar. WTF?!
