Hi all. Any recommendations for standing desks with a drawer or two, please? I was looking at a Fezibo but the reviews put me off.

If you just want a pencil drawer, theee are a lot of aftermarket drawers. Most have a bracket with drawer slides that you screw to the underside of the desktop. Then attach the drawer to the slides. Make sure you measure the available space you have under your desktop, especially if you have a crossbar that gets in the way. Then look for a drawer that will fit.

Has anyone converted the popular Ikea Alex drawers + top to an adjustable standing desk? This is a 3D model of my plan.
I have tried this with my fully desk. One caveat is that i am only 5'5" and the minimum height with the alex drawers underneath the desk has to be roughly 29-30" high which is too high for me without putting something on my chair to elevate me up to use the desk comfortably. Ultimately I ended up just taking the Alex drawers out and moving them outside the desk area. YMMV More on reddit.com

August 28, 2020Any suggestions for permanent standing desks that are "fancier" like a traditional desk? For example maybe made of solid wood, maybe with drawers, maybe with a closed back and side sections?
