I finished my Adobe SWE internship back in August, and I’m so done. Almost no one gets a return offer. What’s the point? Even if you crush your projects and your manager loves you, you still have to reinterview for a return offer. It is insane. Why do we have to go through Leetcode hell again after proving we can do the job? And even worse, some people don’t even get the chance to reinterview.

They hire a ton of interns, barely give offers, and just replace us next year with new interns. It is all for stats and cheap labor. This system is such a scam. Anyone else feel this?
