I dont love ADP sales, but honestly it's the best payroll system I've worked with...does it have it's kinks? Sure, but any implementation is going to. ADP is NEVER going to do it all for you. Are you a payroll professional who has worked with ADP or any other payroll system implementation before? I always suggest hiring a temp/contractor/etc internally to help walk you through the information that ADP will need. Of course it also depends on which version of payroll that you purchased .... you have to "buy up" to get more specialized help. If your contract was only 3500 pounds, I suspect you weren't using that level. More on reddit.com

There is a way to configure each employee to deduct a preset lunch, or none, or to configure groups like all EEs in a particular department. But, each timekeeping system is different, so you will need to check with someone at ADP to walk you through the process. If you need to make decisions about policy, try to do that before the techs get involved. That’s always my advice with ADP More on reddit.com

I am hoping someone can help me out with understanding ADP’s Learning Management System (part of the Talent Development Suite). I’ve not been able to find a ton online, other than a marketing data sheet.
Does it support automatic content translation/localization? If so, how many languages does it support?
Can external learners access content in the LMS or must they be internal employees?
Finally, if you have used the ADP LMS, what are your overall thoughts and feelings, as compared to a standalone LMS (like Docebo or Absorb or Intellum)?
