So we don't use the timekeeping/scheduling modules in WFN, so I'm not the best person to say whether those modules still work the same way. The functionality looks similar to the current payroll processing side of WFN though. I found a more recent video that looks a little more like how it is: https://youtu.be/O4czJVokgMk?feature=shared And ADP has some that don't give full tutorials, but do show the product: https://youtu.be/82Y1ji3eoZw?si=MJcF7tbGJdtgYKcZ ADP also has comprehensive tutorials for its users through their Bridge site. I hired someone two years ago who had never used ADP, and they were quickly and relatively easily able to learn ADP through that site. Honestly, the most complicated thing is their reporting module. If you have used any of the other big payroll softwares, you should be able to learn ADP.

I’m about to jump into a generalist role at a Healthcare RCM company where there’s no current HR function outside basic administration, and among other exciting challenges, they use ADP for their US and overseas workforce. US us under 100, overseas is over 1000.
Is there any training I’m missing other than ADPs paid certifications?
And, any advice from those that have jumped blind into ADP without prior experience?
