Locked out of administrator Account
Claude desktop app not showing projects/chats
Had login loop issue where after successful login, it starts to load the portal then kicks me back out to login page. I tried work computer, personal computer, different browsers, clearing cache, etc.
Only way I was able to access my info was through the app.
Pretty much self explanatory. I used the correct login info to log in to RUN by adp, and it just redirects me to the same login page (doesn't say I entered anything invalid, it basically seems to just refresh the page). Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I've already cleared browsing data/cookies on two different computers and it still won't work. Even tried multiple browsers but end up with the same result. Thanks to anyone who can help!
Accountant Locked the administrator account out for run payroll and there’s no option to reset password or log in. The customer service number just has an automated message saying log in and chat with an agent but I can’t log in. Where do I go from here. I have to run payroll by tonight.
