I’ve been buying Aerie leggings for years and have always loved them! They last me forever. That being said, I haven’t bought them in roughly a year and I just bought two new pairs in dark green and dark brown(regular and flare.) They’re both so paper thin and you can actually see my underwear through them which has never happened with their leggings before. I’m so disappointed. My regular black leggings are at the end of their life and I don’t even know if I want to buy new ones.🙃 Is it just with the colored leggings or am I up for forever disappointment now?
Hello folks back at it again with another dupe comparison question XD!
This time I wanted to ask how do these compare to aligns? I own these and the crossover variant (there the same material and thickness it's just that the waistband is slightly different). And I was wondering if these are better/worse/similar to aligns? (Personally I love the real me ones as there butter soft at 1/3rd of cost of aligns. But Wbu, what do you think about them?
I find that when I first buy a new pair of real me leggings, they’re in good quality. No lint, nothing weird. After like a month of having them though, they begin to just have lint all over it. Even after they’ve been washed and dried, there’s a bunch of little particles and lint and clear strands all over it. Even if you lint roll it, it doesn’t really help. Washing it does nothing. And when I take it out of the dryer, the leggings look all scraggled up and stuck to itself and they look the size of like tights. Whenever I wash it inside out it just gets a ton of particles and lint on the inside of the legging and when you put it on you can feel it.
I love these leggings because of their soft material (I hate compressive athletic leggings), but it makes it really bad quality and I don’t really feel like replacing my leggings every 5 months.
Any advice??? How to fix this? Anyone else find the same issues?
(And I’m not even working out in these leggings. Just normal everyday wearing)
