Fashion Outlets of Chicago near ohare has a lot of outlet stores and discounts. Recently bought 3 new pairs of jeans from Levi’s for $100, bought more at Gap also cheap. This is a solid option if you need a lot of basics for your wardrobe. They do have higher end places on the second floor. I bought a really cool shirt from a designer called Sandro. Have been very happy with my handful of purchases from Quince. I would say quality is a small step up from Uniqlo, which is in the mid range of quality, but price to quality is good. J Crew has been surprisingly good for me for office basics if that's what you're looking for (specifically pants).

Obligatory, I am not a guy, but I’m trying to buy gifts for my bf and I want to make him a gift package with some nice clothes in it plus daily essentials. Unfortunately as much as I would love to put tons of money into a gift my budget is pretty low, I know he wouldn’t be too fussed but I want to ensure it’s of decent quality at least. Probably Uniqlo, but their quality went down every year. Everlane also has some quality items, but their fit and quality is not consistent
