hello i recommend stable diffusion if your pc spec is good enough for it. stable diffusion is both free and without any sort of censorships/limitation. however your graphic card need to have atleast 4gb vram (more = faster generation time). stable diffusion have many different branch/UI like A1111/ forge / comfyui / swarmui. i recommend swarmui since you wanted something easy to install i assume. you can follow this it will works. FLUX 4 NOOBS! \o/ (Windows) : r/StableDiffusion (reddit.com) it shows you how to install swarmui then teaches you how to use flux model but you can use any model you want just head to civitai.com , download any model you like, put it in the SwarmUI\Models\Stable-Diffusion folder , restart your swarmui , the model should show up (flux model is kind of unique since it needs to put inside unet folder). other alternative site for getting models is https://www.liblib.art/ (because civitai is always down lmao). for this site you do need to have wechat to login and download models. as for free online generators you can check this out Free Online SDXL Generators : r/StableDiffusion (reddit.com) note : civitai image generator is no longer free as far as i know.
