I actually treat it like a force multiplier for research, briefs, and synthesis, but I still have humans own voice and claims. The biggest lever was harvesting language from customers in threads and pushing it back into content. Starting one is still viable, but building chatbots isn't really relevant or popular atm. Businesses can do that themsleves these days. You need to focus more on what the companies lack - analytics, visibility, integrations or even mentions on AI answers. I've used tools like aiclicks, profound, writesonic - what I've noticed is that the guys behind these actually had their own AI Agencies and built a tool around it. currently I use Aiclicks to monitor that side, it's actually a big untapped area for agencies right now. So the agency model is not dead, but it needs to shift toward visibility, automation, and data-driven services instead of just setup work. More on reddit.com
