ElevenLabs is the best there is at the moment with it's voice cloning tool. You just need about two minutes of clean voice of the actor with no noise or music underneath. If the film was released in surround, you can pull just the center channel and try to find speaking parts with no music. If that doesn't exist there are online tools to isolate the voice from the rest. Once you clone the voice in ElevenLabs you can do text to voice or voice to voice. Voice to voice meaning you can act out the performance yourself and it will change your voice into the actors. Though text to voice can work well! The important thing is to throw away any output that isn't perfect and use only what sounds spot on with no weird glitches or noises. More on reddit.com
