So, recently decided to go back to an air cooler from a 420mm Arctic liquid freezer 2. I felt like since I wasn't over clocking (you can't on that chip) I figured I'd remove the variable of an eventual leak or pump malfunction. I was going to just save the cooler for when I make the jump to AM6 since those are going to be more power hungry I'm sure.
Before vs after and I cleaned up the cables a tad more.
Did I make the right choice or it doesn't really matter?

They cost about the same, but I need to buy used coolers and new water cooling systems. Also, I am afraid of water cooling, because it may be dangerous for my PC. What would you suggest?
I just bought a 5800x3d, but I noticed that this cpu does not come with a cooler. I tried looking up which one to get on YouTube but they gave me mixed answered on the cooler that I should get. So do any of y’all have any good cooler recommendation?

I live in Brazil and it's summer right now, not always i have my AC on (only when it's unbearable)..
My 5800x3d is being cooled by the first version of Fuma 2 (not rev b) and while it's doing it's thing, i'm still not confortable in let it run at 80º-81º while playing some CPU intensive games (i game at 3440x1440p)...
i know that's whithin the normal temperatura for everyday use, but, still, like i've said: i'm not comfortable...
With all that being said...what AIO or Air cooler would you guys recommend that i could lower those temps to at least 70-75 levels?
i'm already running PBO2Tuner -25 all cores...

I'm looking for an air cooler for my Ryzen 5800x3d which is not as big as pearless assasin 120 or Noctua NH-D15, because these are so big, they comes over my ram. Is there any smaller air cooler like deepcool ak500 (not sure if it will be enought) or the only option for good temps is AIO?

Mine is cooled by a Shadow Rock 3, which is a pain in the ass to install but leans away from the RAM slots. You can run a Peerless Assassin with just the center fan though and not cover the RAM slots.
I use a Noctura NH-U12A on my 5800x3d. It works great but I had to under volt the CPU to get gaming temperatures down to where I wanted them. In my case under volting was easy because my MSI board has the Kombo Strike option which allows you to select one of three options at a click. Set mine to option 3 which is the most aggressive option and it worked great. Gaming temps are 70 to 75 degrees. This is a smaller cooler using 120mm fans. 140 mm fans would be better but I liked the size of this one.
the liquid cooler would probably be like an 80cm asus rog lcII; air cooler would be like noctua or something
looks are kinda important to me and i think most air cooler like the phantom spirit wouldnt fit on my mobo asus rog strix b550f
What's best for this cpu or in general. I want to make sure the cooler runs quietly so which one would be best for me.
Honestly I don't care too much about aesthetic's if this makes the decision easier I just want a fan that is effecient and quiet.
The 5800X3D emits a moderate amount of heat. A mid to high tier cooler will do the job perfectly.
In our market, the Thermalright FT120 is the best value for under $40, while being a top performer. Just make sure it fits in your case, height-wise.
