I recently lost my airpods 4th generation case and was looking for a replacement. The apple store website is really confusing me and I'm struggling to order a replacement case. Does anyone have a link that I could use? Preferably apple ones, but if anyone has ordered third party ones that worked then I'd be happy with them as well. I'm based in the UK incase that's relevant. Sorry if this has been asked before.

I have the same issue. I bought the third-party case off Amazon and it worked fine for two weeks and now randomly doesn't charge one of the Airpods. It is not worth buying at all, but I still can't find any official replacements. I'll call Apple and see what they say.

You can absolutely buy a new case through Apple. You have to go through the Genius Bar. They can replace a single missing component. Other option is to go to https://getsupport.apple.com , select your AirPods and choose “Missing AirPods” then “Replace lost AirPods case” You need the serial number either way. More on reddit.com
