Every single bit and part of every other earpod including the max can be ordered online no problem. I eventually had to put up with just ordering the "carry case" at $128. It's like selling he iphone with a protective case and then saying that they don't sell a replacement case.

You could order a new one direct from Apple. You have to go through Support but they do have an option to replace a lost case. The serial number can be found in your Bluetooth settings, just tap on the “i” next to your AirPods even if they’re not connected. More on reddit.com
