Hi all. My dumbass lost the case while at uni today. I’ve still got the actual AirPods, it’s just the case. I’ve told student services and they’ve sent an email out so I’m hoping they’ll turn up, but if in a week they don’t, I’m going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new case. Where is a reputable place to get one? I don’t have the serial number or anything as I don’t have the box as that’s at home and I’m trying to not tell my mum about losing them 🤣🤣 thanks (I’m from UK if that makes a difference)

You could order a new one direct from Apple. You have to go through Support but they do have an option to replace a lost case. The serial number can be found in your Bluetooth settings, just tap on the “i” next to your AirPods even if they’re not connected.

I have the original Airpods Pro (Manufactured in 2020) Continue this thread ... i was skeptical but it worked!! i only used my airpods with my pc once so how would hitting "remove device" and replugging it fix everything when my main issue is that the airpod case wont charge and my airpods will when i only ever charge my airpods using the wall charger.
