Which of these cases would you recommend for Airpods Pro 2?
Protective Case for AirPods Pro with MagSafe?
Case that retains magnetic charging ? (Pro2)
Apple is now selling the MagSafe case for AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) as a standalone product
Can you buy a replacement AirPods Pro 2 charging case?
The cases we recommend above are protective covers designed to be used over the charging case that Apple already includes with its AirPods Pro. But if you lose or damage the charging case itself, you can purchase a new one through Apple's Repair and Service platform. At the time of writing, a replacement charging case costs $99.
You can also buy third-party charging cases, but due to inconsistent quality, we recommend sticking with a replacement directly from Apple and just using case covers for further protection and style.
Can AirPods Pro 2 cases be used for standard AirPods?
No, the standard AirPods 4 require different cases and covers. Likewise, the over-ear AirPods Max need a different case. Our guide to the best AirPods Max accessories includes recommendations.

Can AirPods Pro 2 cases be used for the AirPods Pro 3?
The AirPods Pro 3 use a slightly larger charging case than the AirPods Pro 2, so the new earbuds will require new case covers. Brands like ESR are already offering new case covers designed specifically for the AirPods Pro 3.

I recently purchased a pair of Airpods Pro 2 (USB-C) and want to get a protective case for them. These are the options I've narrowed it down to. Of these, which would you recommend? I normally keep them on my desk or in my backpack for when traveling.
Spigen AirTag Armor Duo (Covers Charging LED but apparently can be seen from top down when lid is opened) (Would purchase an airtag if went with this one).
Spigen Rugged Armor
ESR for Airpords Pro 2 (HaloLock)
ESR for Airpods Pro 2 (Magnetic Lock Lid)
MOBOSI for Airpods Pro
V-MORO Leather case
EDIT: Ended up going with the MOBOSI for Airpods Pro
So just picked up my AirPods Pro and liking them so far!
Just wondering, can you get a protective case with built in MagSafe?
Just when I was in the apple store they didn’t have any and I was struggling to get the cases off because I have some dexterity problems, because I’m wanting to make use of the MagSafe charging.
So I was thinking well if there’s a protective case with built in MagSafe I wouldn’t need to take the case off.
I’d also want one of the ones with a carabiner so I can attach an detach from my keys for when I go out and then when I charge.
Thanks!
