Let me explain. When I was a kid, I learned to play a bit of piano. Nowadays, I still enjoy playing music (guitar, cajón, and others) along with songs I listen to on Spotify, but my skill level isn’t very high—I do it just for fun.
I'm now looking for a portable and versatile instrument that I can take on my van trips to have some fun, and the Akai MPK Mini Play MK3 seems like a good option because of its ability to play music on its own. I already have a ukulele in my van, but I’d like something that allows me to explore more music genres.
I have zero experience in creating music, but if I bought it, I might be interested in learning a little.
Is the Akai MPK Mini Play MK3 a good purchase for me, or should I look for something more suited to live playing?

Confirming my new setup (RC-505, akai MPK Mini MK3 25)
i think the usb function of the rc505 functions as a audio interface and thusly your audio out. u would need an 1/8 to 1/4 converter too. i use the 505 not as a interface because its too confusion and use my scarlet as the interface and then output that into the 505 to make things work better but idk its confusing lol
