when i installed windows 10 build 2004 on my laptop i connected to the internet and i went to the device manager and i had a bunch of devices which didn't have drivers. i waited for like 20 minutes and windows downloaded all the missing drivers by itself and it even installed the intel graphics driver and the basic nvidia driver and then i got a popup which said i have to restart my laptop
is there anyone who has the same laptop as mine and you installed windows 11 on it? if yes then did you do like what i did and you connected to wifi and then went to the device manager and waited? if yes then what happened? did windows install all the missing drivers or it missed some and you had to manually install them?
So I followed a prompt and installed windows 11 on my 17 R5 and it's always connected via ethernet but I had to move it away from the cable connection for a bit and noticed there's no wifi option at all. I've run windows update etc and Dell just say Win11 not supported. Help
Hello all!! Does anyone know the reason why Alienware 17R5 has been excluded from Tech support if the device is upgraded to Windows 11?
