Hey guys,
I got an Alien Area 51m and the last update of the Alienware Command Center doesn't install on my laptop. I'm on Win 11 Pro 64.Everything is up-to-date and run properly.I check all the software and hardware, no problem at all.
I try to install it in safe mod, same problem.
I try to remove completely with a proper uninstalling the current Alienware Command Center, then downloading and installing the new one, same problem.
I try to clean my registry and remove useless files, same problem.
I spent hours on it and I think my computer is not the problem, the package software provided by Dell may be corrupted in some way.
Any tips or tricks please ? Thank you :)

No, same problem here. I have already tried the method from AutoMod but no avail. The only solution now is install the older version and wait for Dell to release a new version.

Any updates on this? I had contact with support and they acknowledged the issue but didn't provide me with a work around

I feel really dumb, but I got a new laptop and keep getting windows notifications about updates to my alienware mouse and "OCCcontrols needs to download additional components" among other things, and it tells me to go to the command center to update, then I go to the command center and can't find anywhere to update drivers or anything like that. Where do I go to update this stuff?

for the oc controls i just clicked on the prompt and it updated and restarted awcc. the mouse is a bit trickier. dont have my laptop in front of me but i believe it was buried under the lighting tab (forget the actual name of it) and then i had to select the mouse instead of the keyboard and i believe there was a settings tab. mine had two updates for it. one for the receiver for wireless and one for the actual mouse
