if you have never removed backup partitions, you can just go to windows settings, then reset use reset this PC. Start menu -> Settings -> System -> Reset This PC -> then choose delete everything and wipe everything.

Just use the dell Alienware support software/app that comes on the computer. Select the troubleshoot tab and you will see from there it will do everything for you to reset back to factory settings.
