Alienware sells a backpack specifically for the m18 in the gear shop. they also sell a slim padded sleeve that has carrying handles for it too. I haven't bought either one, but I saw that they sell it already.

Really? I think I was singled out then. They made me check-in my aluminum briefcase my father gave me last year on a trip to Ohio. They told me it could be used as a weapon. I thought it was a bunch of bologna but you can't really argue with them. I was so mad. I had to go back to the check-in counter,pay the extra fee and then wait in line again. That was the last time I ever took it with me. Now I'm mad again just thinking about that day.

I do have around $90 of Dell rewards I can use to buy the AW7825P which is a plus but I still don't know how I feel about the bright blue alien head on something I would be walking around the airport or work with. Does anyone here have any experience with either backpack?

I've been using the Lenovo hardshell backpack for the M16R1, it's aight. Space is not great for accessories but for a pure laptop back it's ok. If you want foam ultra protection, it ain't it, but you could easily access the lower spot and put extra foam blocks under the sling it has instead.
