I am trying to baby the laptop as much as I can which includes being really careful with the red lid, I always have it in a protective sleeve while it's in my bag. So far the lid has held up fine.

Regarding skins, I wrote to DBrand asking if they were going to make skins for the M15 last week and they responded saying that they have no plans to support the Alienware m15 as there just wasn't enough demand for them to add it to their portfolio, so it looks like at the moment dbrand isn't planning on making skins for the m15, hopefully someone else does. The glossy bezels is the only thing I don't like about how the laptop looks, would have loved if there was a matt skin available to cover them up
