Today's Google doodle is an anime-infused sports game

If anyone wanted a quick breakdown of the seven mini-games: Climbing, a fun but short platformer. Probably the most difficult. Archery, which is just hit the target and probably the least involved one Rugby, an intense game of dodging a bunch of red and blue Onis to get to the other side. Was pretty fun, reminiscent of NES football/ice hockey Artistic Swimming, a short but fun DDR/Guitar Hero sort of rhythm game Ping Pong, it's ping pong but with 6 balls at once. Marathon, avoid obstacles and time your dodges to build up speed to get first. This is the only one I didn't beat on the first try. Skateboarding, a fun top down mini Tony Hawk kind of game. I had no idea what I was doing but still won. This is the only one I think could have benefitted from using more than arrowkeys and the spacebar. Everygame you're versing japanese mythological creatures, and the cutscenes are really well animated. There's bonus miniquests but they don't really do much for you besides dialogue. I'd recommend giving it a try if you have a flash-game shaped hole in your heart like I do. More on reddit.com
