Posted this a few weeks ago but I've updated it quite a bit since! This spreadsheet compiles every song Taylor has ever released. I might include her unreleased songs at some point but honestly I feel like I constantly hear about new pre-2006 songs--it would be a big undertaking to compile all of them I feel. Right now I have everything on four sheets. The first sheet "All Recordings" includes all versions of every song--so this includes remixes and Taylor's Versions as well as acoustic versions. It also includes songs she covered, like her Christmas songs from the EP and September from Nashville Tracking Room. Additionally I included live recordings such as Speak Now Tour Live and Clear Channel Stripped (as much as that release is very illegitimate, it's under her name on streaming services). "All Songs" only includes songs written by Taylor (and collabs) but excludes all live recordings and re-recordings for the sake of trimming redundancy. "Individual Songs" includes only one version of each song and only songs Taylor wrote herself. So this spreadsheet I believe gives us her total number of her songs, being 210 as of "Dear Reader" on Midnights. I've also marked when the last time it was that a song has been performed--if ever--and where it was performed at. Some songs on debut, I was unable to find the precise date of the performance--and some have only ever been performed a few times pre-2008 and never again. Songs with hyphens in these cells are marked like that because that version is an alternate version that wouldn't be performed as a separate version of that song. And any cell in these columns that are blank are blank because that song has never been performed live. Any song that has never been performed live exists in the "Never Performed" sheet. This sheet includes Last Christmas and White Christmas from the Holiday EP as two of the other covered songs from that EP were performed live at some point so I suppose they aren't off the table. Every song is also paired with it's release date, the body of work it comes from (album, EP, or note that it is a remix, collab, or single), as well as the overall era that it was released during and a note of if it was put out as a single or promotional single or not. Each sheet also has a leftmost column that just acts as a proper count of the songs in that category so you don't have to mentally subtract 1. Feel free to let me know if you find any errors in my data! I do plan to keep updating this as Taylor releases music, so you can rely on this as a source that compiles her songs if you'd like!
