Take a look at GReminders . Does what Calendly / MS Bookings does, great support and also does SMS/Text Reminders to reduce the no shows. Works w/ GSuite or Outlook/Exchange/Office 365. Hello all,
Curious as to any good alternatives you guys in the field use for customer appointment scheduling that interacts with exchange calendars.
- We currently use Calendly, have had some issues with their services and their support hasn't been the greatest. (Management is not happy about it)
-Microsoft Bookings isn't viable at the moment, we have 365, but we are hybrid and still on prem exchange for now (Project scheduled for next Quarter). From my research, it appears it is only a viable option when you are Exchange Online.
