this is my first week with it as well, coming onto 8 days of use, and I was surprised that it properly tracked the legs workout I did. I'm always wearing it on my wrist. other than that, yes, it's a huge bang for the buck. More on reddit.com

I kept refreshing and checking amazon as the delivery dates would change, at some point it was less than a week, I ordered and indeed got it in a couple of days. I've tested against oura gen2 and HR & HRV are indeed very accurate, does are your 2 most important metrics imho. After a while you have a baseline HRV and everyday I check HRV it shows where you are in according to baseline, something I really like to use for workout planning. (I have it for about a month now, it needs time to have accurate baselines) Also found out about food tracking feature in the app, which is fabulous and I use daily now. One of the biggest perks for me, is that my Stratos 3 completely overwrites the sleep score even when I completely turn off the watch, it just makes up a sleep score. So I had to unpair my Stratos 3. I still use it to send heart rate data to the watch, so I can see my heart rate recorded by Helio on the watch. I don't like the strap/band the Velcro can scratch your skin or that of someone else, also it comes off easily, so watch out when swimming, I've swapped it for an elastic stretchy type band.
