I am going to develop a twitch...
I moved recently. It is a newer area. Other delivery companies (FedEx, Purolator etc.) have delivered items with minimal issue.
Amazon cannot find my house.
I have provided detailed, step by step instructions. I have spoken to 5 different delivery drivers now. The last one stated that the Amazon GPS/maps system that they use puts my address in the wrong neighborhood. That they are aware of the issue and trying to fix it. And then say that they cannot leave their route, so then tag it as undeliverable.
I have called customer service half a dozen times (they have also called me multiple times). I have confirmed the address half a dozen times (they like to argue the address is wrong...it isn't). Just now I tried calling again, and then did a virtual chat.
This latest one told me to wait a few more days to see what happens and if I don't get it, then contact them again....this is the 4th order that has been "undeliverable" (I just moved, I want my stuff!!). It is not a late delivery. I explained again this isn't about a delivery being delayed, they literally keep putting that my address is wrong or that they can't find my address.
The response to that was wait a few more days, and if you still haven't gotten it then contact us again...
I want to bang my head against a wall.
He helpfully asked me if there was anything besides this issue that he could help me with *eye roll*

Going through the same thing. Amazon continues to deliver to the wrong address, so I upped the ante, and purchased more and more expensive items, which continues to be left at the wrong address. Refund Rinse Repeat If Amazon doesn't get it right, then the Distribution Centers will have to answer for all the refunded goods. Part of doing your job, is doing your job. Update the systems or deal with trolls like me.

My regular deliveires always show up without issue but I request same day delivery which often becomes delayed to next day those driver's cliam thay can't enter or find my high rise condo which is 36 stories tall and the front door is always open leading to the concierge desk.

Dear friends,
I am a newbie.
In the process of trying to get a quote from chines manufacturer I realized that I don't know my Amazon Warehouse Address. I tried to google, to search on Amazon Seller Central. However I couldn't find anything related to the list of addresses. Somewhere it was written that I will get an address in the process of creating a shipping plan, ok, but what if I don't know the volume of shipping, etc?
I am confused here. Should I use a middleman and sent to his address first, or there is a way to ship it directly to the Amazon warehouse?
This is the first shipping ever. Please help me.
I plan to sell on US market.

To get an address you need to list the product on amazon first and then create a "shipping plan" and amazon will then give you the address of where to ship your goods to. You'll need to put amazon generated barcode labels on each individual item (amazon will give you the barcode after you've created the listing). Therefore, it may be best to either see if your supplier will attach the barcodes for you or if you'll receive the items and attach the Barcodes yourself or if you'll pay amazon to do it on your behalf. if youre sending a 1000 items amazon could split your shipment to 4 warehouses (250 units to be send to 4 different addresses) You'll only find out this information once you create a shipping plan.

You need to create a shipment in seller central first. Amazon will assign warehouse at the end of create shipment process.
