You can't actually get through to a human. If you request a phone call you have to interact with an automated bot (with the TTS Brian voice). If you request a chat on the website you also just interact with a bot. My item was supposedly handed to a resident but it wasn't. I am trying to find a support chat or phone number to contact Amazon Canada for a website issue. My searches have resulted in being directed to the same page.
