Call Chase. The phone number I would l call is 800-432-3117. Keep pressing 0 when it ask for a card number and after like 20 times they will connect you to a representative. More on reddit.com

I have never had anything but an easy time getting chase customer service on the phone (just keep requesting a rep). Worst case, can you not report it missing? Missing cards you wouldn't know the account number. Also, just login and get a recent statement? The full account number is on there plainly

January 7, 2020I advise not to get the Prime Visa card. Chase customer service is terrible.
I assume you are a student or have income that is difficult to verify, $500 is the lowest starter limit there is and my advise is on a card like this you slowly build up credit for a few months with small, reasonable purchases and pay off the balance monthly to establish a pattern of responsible payment. If you are paying $300 against your balance and you have $500 total,then you are already maxed and considered an issue. Keep your balance under $200 for a couple months and pay off (when it is unlocked). Have you checked your credit score? More on reddit.com

Update: I had a great talk on the phone with MBNA, the bank which issues the credit card, and they explained to me you pay no fee if you let them get the due amount directly from your bank account. The 1% or at least 7.50$ is only due when it is paid by another credit card. So for me everything is fine and as a Prime customer I enjoy the extra perks.

I'm having an issue where I can't get ahold of customer service. I got approved for an Amazon visa and it was supposed to be coming in the mail, however I had just got a new apartment and I didn't know there was a slip in the mailbox saying it was still vacant. Now my credit karma says the acounts closed but chase says it isn't on their automated phone thing, now I can't make an account on chase.com and I can't get connected to customer service because I don't have my card information and on top of all of that I have a Balance of 6 dollars that I have no way of paying. Does anyone know what to do I am about to lose my mind
