Howdy!

Has anyone else had problems logging into amazongames.com via Steam? Evidently this process is mandatory for certain support processes. Every time I try to use the link on this page, it forces me to login via steam but the SSO integration seems broken:

Surely this can't be just me? Is it possible that this is happening because I have the Steam Guard authenticator enabled? I've tried it in separate browsers, with both cache cleared and also in incognito/privacy modes.

I'm starting to get desperate and I just want to get it resolved ASAP.

UPDATE: Steam has clarified that this is due to an issue with my Steam account, and once I get those issues resolved the SSO integration (in theory) should work again. Thanks to the DM from the person corroborating the same experience!

I don't remember ever having this problem. I see my steam account is already linked with AmazonGames. My Steam Guard is off. Like you said, maybe that is the culprit.

When ever I click the sign in button it just brings me back to the homepage but the websites name goes from gaming.amazon.com/home to gaming.amazon.com/home?signedIn=true but I am not actually signed in and can't do anything

I've had this happen before and last time i waited a few days before trying again and when i opened the page it had me signed in already. Its happening again to me now so i believe it is something on their end that is screwing with us. I'd wait a day or 2 and then try again but if it works on other devices like your phone and its super urgent to get those free games or giveaways then you can use that way if not then just wait i guess

Same for me on Firefox on my MacBook, but works on my iPhone’s safari. Came here to see if anyone was having the same issue, glad it’s not just me!
