Hey everyone!

My Helio strap is on the way, and I’m really curious to hear from others who’ve had it for a bit. How’s it working for you so far? Especially in terms of: • Accuracy (heart rate, sleep, recovery, etc.) • App experience • Battery life • How it compares to other wearables you’ve used (like Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch, etc.)

Would love to hear your honest thoughts—both good and bad. Trying to figure out what to expect long-term!

Been using the Helio Strap for around 15–20 days now and thought I’d share my experience. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it, but there are a few things worth pointing out:

•	Workout tracking (7/10): Tracks upper body stuff really well (presses, curls, etc.), but not so much lower body. To be fair, I’ve been wearing it on my wrist instead of the biceps where it’s meant to be worn. Still, upper body accuracy is solid.

•	Sleep tracking (9/10): This thing nails sleep tracking. It picks up deep sleep, light sleep, when I wake up in the middle of the night, all of it. Data feels very reliable.

•	Exertion & recovery (9/10): The exertion scores in Zepp line up really closely with how I actually feel post-workout. Doesn’t feel gimmicky, feels useful.

•	Battery life (10/10): Huge win. Lasts me 8–10 days on a single charge, which is way better than most other wearables I’ve tried.

•	Steps, HR & calories (10/10): Step count and HR are spot on. Calorie tracking also feels very accurate compared to my actual effort.

•	Comfort (10/10): Super comfy. sleep tracking, recovery insights, and battery life, it’s fantastic. For workouts, it’s great on upper body but needs to be worn properly (biceps) for lower body accuracy. I’d rate it around 9/10 overall for my use case.
