Hey! I'll be a freshman next year at a target school and I wanted to try for an amazon internship for the summer after my freshman year. For context, I planned on brushing up on dsa and leetcode over this summer (I've already taken a dsa course in my high school as it was the ap that followed apcs before it got discontinued ;-; my school still teaches it though but I've gotta do some review). In addition, I have some internship experience as last year I had my first internship (late aug-dec) as a machine learning intern and did some really cool stuff there! Also, I'm on track to graduate in three years instead of 4 so my estimated graduation date (if everything goes well) is june of 2024. But I wanted to ask, does amazon take freshman interns? Are my chances decent to even get an interview? Sorry if this seems too ambitious or cocky, I don't really know too much about the process.
