-1a. Prefer not to say, but I'm in the exact target market you are describing /1b. I use Excel for everything. -2. NA -3. It used to be around 10 hours a week, and now I am too busy it is zero. So usually when the weather is bad on weekends, I spend 25 hours in two days catching up. And do this several times per year. Totally unsustainable. I am waiting for my kids to be old enough to take this on, but it's at least 5-10 years away. -4. Yes! -5. I think so. I think the right price for our market is probably $30/month for a lean IMS. Then you need 3000 people to generate every million in revenue. With over 2 million FBA sellers, are there thousands of sellers that could subscribe?! .... maaaaaybe? Probably? Hard to say without proper market research. -6. I think this will be your biggest challenge. You are going to have a very wide range of feature requests. We all have different work flows, different business models, different product portfolios, etc. My top 3 features are: a) ability to easily keep track of COGS at different price points b) ability to see inventory that has not been sent to Amazon yet and have it searchable by UPC and ASIN. c) Set my own threshold levels per ASIN to tell me when I should replenish inventory.
