I had a free offer only to see that I had been charged. I was charged because I had a free offer before, probably last year. I get that free offers are for attracting new customers, but why does it let you take a free offer again? It's not hard! No, you're not legible for this offer. But no, they simply charge you. Shame really cause I'm proper pissed that Spotify don't offer spacial, Ultra or Dolby Atmos music. And whilst I have a sound system for Dolby atmos (albeit a soundbar) I personally feel like I did in the last 90s when I had a HD TV and Virgin wasn't offering HD content. Yes I know... I could change and TBF I would if I had 3 months free! That would compensate for me and my family transferring playlists I'm moaning and should shut up! I'll shut up!

Between this and no true exclusive mode, you have priced AM out of the market. Spotify and Tidal will be my go to. My AM trial ends in March and I was enjoying it, but it was up against Tidal and a few other services. Prices are CDN

I should add AM - unlimited without Audiobooks is $177 CDN. A much better proposition for me.
