How to play downloaded songs on Amazon Music?
How to find downloaded songs in Amazon Music?
Where are songs downloaded from Amazon Music stored?
I was able to get it to play one podcast. But any song I try to play it just says it's playing but the time sticks at 00:00. It just never starts playing the song.
When I try to play downloaded songs in offline mode, it says that those songs are no longer available, but if I put them in a playlist and play the playlist, the song plays. Is this also a bug?
does anybody know why my amazon music unlimited will not play certain songs? i have a playlist downloaded and when i click on some songs it goes to the next one. when im on shuffle it skips it and moves on. i cant even play them when i search the song and click on it individually.
If the songs are grayed out, they’ve probably been removed. Try accessing Amazon Music from a PC. If the album/tracks are grayed out, it means they were removed and probably added again to the Amazon Music service.
This happens all the time and has to do with licensing, distributors, the record company, and/or the artists. You have to remove the grayed out songs and re-add them.
Had anyone solved this?.. Problem isn't removed songs and they aren't grayed out like some. I noticed this when deleting songs from playlist. It's like the app thinks those songs are still there but I've closed app, updated, and cleared cache to 0 no avail. When selecting song it plays previous song but if you skip to next track it plays the desired track. Seems to be an app glitch. Also when searching for music, app won't play certain songs in song results, but if I select album where song is it plays. It's the exact same track, so it's not expired. It's like the songs results are missing the link to certain songs and you have to find yourself. Not a huge issue but annoying for the price paid for hd unlimited on top of cloud songs disappearing all the time if they aren't downloaded. About to switch back to free prime version as it's too time consuming readding 100s of songs daily. Also, grayed out songs aren't usually removed but it's like the link is expired. I always find the same song still active in search results and have to re-add. Not to mention they are getting rid of cloud storage which defeats the purpose of making playlists.
We use Amazon music to leave on music for our dog while we're at work. I used to be able to say, "Echo, play calming dog music PLAYLIST" and it would play just fine. I could shuffle and loop so that the music didn't run out.
Now when I say the usual command, the response is "shuffling the playlist calming music for dogs and similar tracks". It seems to do the same thing with albums, where it shuffles the album with random songs. I can't seem to play any playlist without it getting shuffled with random stuff and I can no longer loop which is an important feature for us. This has started in the last couple of days, does anyone know if they changed the music format? Thanks in advance.
