Don't believe anything about free item. When the fraud department marks an item as fraud it suppresses the order in your view and customer service. Customer service can't see any of the details on suppressed orders other than a message that says it's suppressed. You need to contact them and let them know you need the order unsuppressed and that a ticket in Papyrus needs to be submitted fraud. They are speaking out their ass in providing you any other details other than they need to get it unsuppressed, as that can't see shit. I work for Amazon customer service.
