Another long shot: At the far right side of the screen, in blue font, it should say “View FBA orders >”. If you had accidentally clicked on that, it would say " View Seller Fulfilled orders >" and it would not show you your orders.

Has anyone had problems constantly having to refresh the orders page as orders won’t load? First it was on my cellphone but now I’m seeing it happen on my laptop. Plus today I am generating labels and the order is still sitting in the pending shipment section. I can tell I already shipped as the order has a tracking number but it’s a pain because I can’t keep track in my head which ones have shipped when there is too many orders to generate labels. ... I just noticed this issue too.

Was accessing through "Amazon Smile" which allows a small portion of your purchases to be donated to an organization of choice. Bypassed that by going directly to Amazon.com and "Order History" page loaded fine.

June 2, 2024 - Try refreshing your page or logging out and logging in again on your Amazon account. Doing this would not only help to reset temporary glitches, but your orders should also reappear.
