It says Awaiting payment verification, it’s already 4 days long. Is it ok?
Also there were 2 products ordered and one of them was already shipped 2 days ago and another one still unshipped. The one which is unshipped has in the column “Available (FBA)” - Reserved (all quantity which I actually have). These products arrived 13th of August. Shipment status “Receiving”. Last updated in the same day as arrived. Units located 698 out of 700.
So the questions are:
What is “Reserved” actually means? I guess that’s why it still unshipped for that one order.
Why shipment still in receiving status and is it ok that it was updated such long term ago?

Hi, Let me explain to you how it works When you see Awaiting Payment Verification on Amazon, it means that the payment for the order hasn’t been fully confirmed yet. This usually happens when an order is placed but the payment is still being checked. Your inventory showing as Reserved means that the items are set aside for that order but haven’t been shipped out yet because the payment is still being processed. The Receiving status means that your shipment has reached the fulfillment center, but it hasn’t been completely processed yet. This status can stay the same for a while, especially if there are many shipments to handle or if it's a busy time. It's normal for this status to last several days or even longer, depending on how busy the fulfillment center is. I hope you get my point Thanks

November 12, 2020Pending Order total being used against Gift Card Balance
I just made a post about a similar issues happening to me yesterday. At least two other people have said this happened to them too. I was able to cancel my order because it hadn't been shipped yet, but cancelling didn't return the gift card balance, only the form of payment that I originally selected was refunded (note: they confirmed I had been double charged). I had to wait the recommended amount of time for the refund (2-3hrs for the gift card) before being able to escalate it and it has now been refunded. Unless you can cancel and do what I did, you will likely have to return and re-order the item (if the gift card charge doesn’t fall off like they promised… which I’m skeptical about) and then escalate it once it doesn't refund if it's the same issue. If you do this, you'll need to make sure it refunds to both if you got double charged like I did. More on reddit.com

First is that the buyer’s payment has not yet been approved. It is is not approved, the pended item will fall off. Second, it may be a competitor trying to keep your item from ‘challenging’ his item, by holding it up as a ‘purchase’.
