I placed an order on vine on December 9th. Today I went under my regular orders tab & saw a message saying Approval Needed. When I click it, says to visit amazon.com/yourorders on my desktop to fix the problem. I've never seen this. I don't have a desktop just my phone.
Any idea what this means?

You've gotten the why, but how to approve it since you dont have access to a desktop: use a chrome-based browser on your phone and go to amazon.com/your-orders, then request the desktop site (using the 3 dots at the top right). From there, find the product. If it isn't at the top, you can select "Not Yet Shipped" the text for the product should be red to make it stand out. From there, you'll be able to follow directions to either approve the delay or not.

Usually they send you an email saying there’s a delay and you need to authorize the delay. You can click through on your phone and authorize it. If you don’t authorize the delay by a certain date they’ll cancel the order. Check your deleted messages, maybe you missed it.
