August 20, 2020Is there any way i can get the Amazon Prime app on my Xbox 360?
The most current app is 'Amazon Video' for Xbox 360, but maybe not available for you depending on your region. Look it up at amazon (google it or look in the help section under 'prime video on game consoles'.) Direct Amazon link -> https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GQFK4C8LM9YNC5PY (change the .com to what fits your location). On top it I think I read recently the support for the app on the old consoles is soon over. You might better get a firestick. More on reddit.com

Mobile app is made for/has limitations of phones and cell infrastructure.
The best thing you can do imo is open Netflix in chrome, click the 3 little dots in the top right of chrome->more tools->create shortcut and tick the checkbox to open in a new window.
You can then open the site as basically its own app and watch in 1080.

I did not know this until I started watching the nuggets kings game tonight (live in SoCal)
Prime Video bought streaming rights to a chunk of local/regional NBA games from several teams and they can show those games nationwide, not just in the home market.
So even if the game is NOT a national TV game, Prime is still legally allowed to stream that team’s regional feed anywhere in the U.S.

As someone else said, it’s probably because there’s a free weekend of League Pass. Before I linked my LP subscription to Prime there were never any games being shown without charge, so I don’t think that has changed within a week or two.
