Go to your account > Prime membership > Cancel. You should receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the year.

I needed to share my reasons for cancellation, but receiving a survey was challenging. I found this email address where I sent my feedback: [email protected]:

“I am cancelling my Amazon Prime membership due to Jeff Bezos's recent actions in fully supporting Trump with personal and company donations. I cannot continue to support a company led by an Executive Chairman who was present at the disgraceful inauguration where a Nazi salute was performed. I choose to vote with my wallet and not support Amazon, a company that finances a neofascist and racist tyrant who dismantles progress and threatens Canada’s sovereignty.

You now have one less subscriber, and I will do my best to convince my friends to cancel their memberships and continue spreading the message."
