November 3, 2022 - They said there was a hiccup with the original transaction, i processed it via the 5 monthly free installment plan - yet the whole amount was deducted at once, but through amazon installments. So when they went to refund the transactions it had to be refund via the installments account, but no installments were found. Anyway - they refunded it through recent transactions instead, so all received plus a gesture of goodwill.

Amazon return received for over a month. still no refund
I just had a frustrating chat with their customer service about a similar issue. Despite their lead time policy suggesting to contact them in 14 days from the date of drop off through the carrier, they won’t do anything in regard to my return that was delivered to them 8 days ago, which isn’t even reflected in my account (shows as in transit). Despite their own policy saying to contact them in 14 days for the refund, they are telling me they can’t do anything until 8/15, an additional 2+ weeks from now. I don’t remember chat support being this bad before. Very poor customer service. More on reddit.com

Hey everyone,
So reading through the posts here, and I'm not sure if there is one quite similar to this, or maybe i've just missed it, so my apologies.
But long story short, Amazon said they refunded me for my item on October 2nd, 2024 ($669.25). I have yet to receive it. I've called my bank (twice) and asked if anything is processing/pending, they see nothing. Amazon refuses to go beyond ''we've already refunded you, please contact your bank''--I even spoke to billing/sales (through email) and they, somehow, replied about the wrong order. At this point, I've spoken to about 10 different people. Only one person sounded like a human, and she said something looks off, but she can't quite figure it out (even asked me to not screenshot what she thought the issue was for some reason).
Anyways, i'm sorry for bothering you all, but any suggesstions would be welcomed. I even emailed [email protected] after seeing someone here reccomend trying that.
