You can use your personal bank account. Just scan the bank/credit card statement and upload it. matching addresses are necessary for outside US seller because they are verifying that address by sending postmail. For US citizens i don't know. Other thing you'll need a chargeable credit card, debit card is not working i tried many many cards but didn't work. You can use you father/mother/spouse credit card.
