How to contact Amazon about delivery problems?
Going through this once again. This time package was delivered during regular business hours, Amazon message was "handed to person in reception". I go downstairs this morning, and they said we don't take packages from delivery drivers even though I stated what the Amazon note was. Amazon needs to drop Dragonfly Shipping!
Dragonfly is definitely way better service than UPS, purolator or any other mail in service. The moment they take the package is the moment you get your refund, as they consider it proof of return. My favorite part of dragonfly is that you don't need a shipping label, or a box of any kind. Just don't leave it on the step like the driver asked, and you'll have no problem. You could've just asked dragonfly to send a different driver. More on reddit.com

September 1, 2023 - You’re not getting to logistics unless customer service transfers you. They can’t take delivery complaints. You need a valid reason for a transfer though. Complaints do count for a transfer however they do little. The companies delivering are often just hired out and in charge of their own employees. Your other option is calling in, asking for a manager, and saying you want to deprioritize Amazon as a carrier.
